Meet Iordanis,
Founder of Frank Words

Iordanis Sidiropoulos (Psychology & Management Graduate | Founder of Frank Words) brings together psychology, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking, creativity and professional experience to explore recurring patterns, deepen self-understanding and support more intentional choices.

Influences & Foundations

Frank Words is shaped by a broad range of psychological and intellectual traditions, from psychoanalytic and psychodynamic thinking to attachment theory, behavioural psychology, humanistic psychology and wider perspectives on identity, development and social experience.

The work draws inspiration from thinkers such as Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Alfred Adler, Jacques Lacan, John Bowlby, Abraham Maslow, B. F. Skinner, John B. Watson and Paul Willis — not as a single unified doctrine, but as different lenses through which human behaviour, relationships, motivation and identity can be understood.

Across these traditions, several recurring questions remain central:

What shapes the way we behave?
What do we repeat without fully recognising it?
How do relationships and early experiences influence us?
How do environment, learning and social context shape behaviour?
What allows a person to develop, create and move toward a more meaningful life?

Frank Words brings these perspectives together selectively, combining depth-oriented reflection with practical awareness of behaviour, relationships, creativity and real-world decision-making.

Τhe aim is not to reproduce any one psychological school, but to build an approach that remains curious about the complexity of the person — both what is conscious and what may lie beneath the surface.

Why Frank Words

Because advice is not always the missing piece.

Many people already know what they are supposed to do.
They know they should set a boundary, make the decision, move forward, become more consistent or stop repeating the same pattern.

And yet something keeps getting in the way.

Frank Words was created to explore that space between knowing and doing — the patterns, conflicts and influences that may shape our choices beneath conscious intention.

The aim is not simply to find an answer, but to understand why the same questions, blocks or patterns keep returning — and what becomes possible once they are recognised.

Explore the patterns behind the way you think, relate and choose.
