Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services offered by Frank Words, including 1:1 sessions, seminars, workshops and related personal development services.

1. Session bookings

Payment may be required at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you receive confirmation of the session.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session without charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may request either:

• a rescheduled session; or

• a refund, where applicable.

3. Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Frank Words may, at its discretion, allow a reschedule in exceptional circumstances.

4. No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, the session will normally be considered used and non-refundable.

5. Cancellations by Frank Words

If Frank Words needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, you will be offered either:

• a new appointment; or

• a full refund for the affected session.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Seminars, workshops and other services

Refund and cancellation terms for seminars, workshops, group events or other paid services may differ from 1:1 session terms.

Where different terms apply, they will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

8. Complimentary BookCertification access

Where advertised, a qualifying first Frank Words session may include three months of complimentary access to BookCertification.com.

This promotional access:

• has no cash value;

• is not independently refundable;

• may be limited to one promotional period per client;

• may be withdrawn if the qualifying session is fully refunded before the promotional access is activated;

• may also be subject to BookCertification.com’s own terms and conditions.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.

Where those rights apply, they take priority over any conflicting part of this policy.
