Sessions may be booked through FrankWords.org or through an approved third-party booking platform.

By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact and booking information.

Session availability, duration, format and pricing will be shown at the time of booking.

Frank Words reserves the right to decline, reschedule or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary.

3. Payments

Where payment is required, payment must be completed using the payment methods made available through the website or booking provider.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party payment providers may process payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may be displayed during the booking process.

Where applicable, clients are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable where stated during booking.

5. BookCertification promotional access

Where advertised, a qualifying first Frank Words session may include three months of complimentary access to BookCertification.com.

This promotional access:

• is subject to availability and eligibility;

• may be limited to one promotional period per client;

• is not redeemable for cash;

• may be subject to separate BookCertification terms and conditions;

• may be changed or withdrawn for future bookings without affecting promotions already confirmed.

6. Professional scope

Frank Words sessions are intended to support self-awareness, reflection, personal development, creativity, communication and goal-directed change.

They do not constitute emergency mental health support, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or diagnosis.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should contact an appropriate emergency or healthcare service.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on FrankWords.org, including text, branding, graphics, frameworks, concepts, educational materials, presentations, written materials and original resources, is owned by or licensed to Frank Words.

You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• reproduce or republish substantial parts of the website;

• sell, license or commercially exploit Frank Words content;

• copy or redistribute proprietary frameworks or educational materials;
